Young staff that was at hostel did seem to try her best.
Young staff that was at hostel did seem to try her best. Good location.
The hostel seemed run down and deserted. We paid extra for a single room which was more than a local hotel room only to find hard mattresses with possibly bed bugs in them as we were bitten by something all night. To top it off there were no towels for us to shower with. Toilets smelled of urine.

Great Location, Great Value for money!
The Hostel has a great location, it was a short 5 min walk from Phuket Town and it was opposite the shopping complex and market. Great Seafood places nearby (in the market) and there a many Message Parlours next door. Also, Nikki (owner) was very friendly + helpful and let us check in at 11am.
The bed was very hard and pillows were thin.

Good location, easy to find it.
Good location, easy to find it. Bed is ok.
Staffs are very bad service mind. I told them. I will be checked in lately. They knew it. And told me they will give a telephone no. At the door of hostel. When i arrived there, there is nothing at the door and I can’t contact the staff. It’s very bad experience for me. Next morning they call me and ask “Did you saw the telephone no. on the door?” I think they should apologize for this situation.

The staff was very friendly and the room itself was perfectly clean, with A/C and wifi! Near the hostel there was a lot of souvenir shops, street food and a lot of things to see!
